This afternoon at Coral Gables Senior High, MAST Academy’s varsity girls’ volleyball team ended its seventh game of the season with a devastating loss.
In the first set, Coral Gables came out aggressive, creating an early lead which led to them securing a win in the first set.
Using their momentum from the first set, Coral Gables created an early lead again in the second set. The Makos did not give up however, mounting a small comeback to take the team from 21-10 to 22-14.
Coral Gables proceeded to finish the second set and the match, making them victorious.
