If you are a noodle-lover looking for a place to eat in Miami Beach, then Sriracha House is the place for you. Sriracha House is an Asian restaurant with whole ingredients from Southeast Asia. On their menu, there is something for everyone, from noodles with pineapple to noodles with cashews. Sriracha House also offers various flavors and types of teas. You choose whether you want Fruit Tea or Milk Tea and then Jasmine Green Tea or Black Tea as a base, then you add your other flavor and the optional boba. The tapioca is great to order for someone who likes tart things. Popping boba is better for people who enjoy sweeter fruiter things.

The Sriracha House was started in 2014 in South Beach. They offer [or You can choose among] five types of noodles: egg, rice, glass , udon, and whole wheat noodles. You can also choose if you want to create your own bowl or take a pick from the pre-selected chef specialties. The chef specialties are Miami Tsunami, Nirvana, Veggie Buddha, Sobe Sweet and Sour and, Karmayaki. The chef specialties vary from Veggie Buddha the cheapest at $8.75 to the most expensive one being Bring the Heat and Miami Tsunami at $9.85.

The spiciest thing on the menu is the Bring the Heat chef specialty. It’s a medium-sized box of udon noodles with a blend of fresh vegetables (white cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, and spring onion) flank steak, baby corn, fresh cilantro, and Sriracha House Spicy Hot Chili sauce for $9.85. It is not too spicy but the sriracha definitely makes an appearance.

Freshman Isabella Magro from International Studies Preparatory Academy is a regular at The Sriracha House. Her favorite dish is the Bring the Heat .

“The employees make me feel at home and welcomed every time I go. I also love the signs on the ceiling and walls,” Magro said.

Her favorite drink on the menu is Jasmine Green tea with lychee boba. She has loved Sriracha house since before she can remember.

David, a waiter at Sriracha house stated, Karmayaki is the most popular dish on the menu. Off the drink part of the menu, Tapioca and Popping Boba are the most popular items.

When questioned about the most popular popping boba flavor, David replied, “I think they prefer the Lychee flavor.”

He also introduced their “Sriracha Wall” A wall they have dedicated to rows of Sriracha they sell for $5. David’s favorite thing about working at the Sriracha House is his friendship with his co-workers.

“Bonding over the food and our interactions with the customers is always funny,” David said.

Another great thing about the Sriracha House is the customer service. The waiters are extremely polite, and the food came out really fast and warm. Sriracha House is a great place to have a quick meal.
