Spring break is a long awaited and anticipated time for all students. After spring
break students come to school with new experiences, rest, and a fresh mind to start
the 4th quarter. We interviewed and asked some students about some of the things
they did during the break and see the different things they all did.

Some students took time to visit their family members. Simon Puyana, a student
here at mast academy, went to Atlanta where his grandmother lived and visited her
for 3 days he told us, “it was overall very fun, we took a road trip there and it was a
great family bonding experience.” Another student also had a similar experience,
Sofia Zajdman, went to Tampa and spent time with her grandparents, aunt, and
uncles. “We always have a family reunion during spring break” she explained, “it’s
basically a tradition at this point.”

On the other hand, some students had a more relaxed experience. Tahi Roch stayed
in Miami, he told us he hung out with friends, went to the movies, and just had an
overall relaxed experience that he enjoyed. Another student, Pedro silva, went to
France and skied in the mountains.

Many students had many different experiences over the break, but we are all back
at school and ready to finish the 4th quarter strong after a long, yet short feeling
spring break.
