Students at MAST have lots to worry about, schoolwork, what to wear, clubs, and sports. Transportation should not be one of their worries.  But did you know that transportation is one of the biggest problems for students at MAST? 

The first question I asked was “How do you get home from school?”. Both of the students I interviewed had different answers. The first student said that they take the bus home. He said, “I take the bus to the metro stop then get picked up from there”. The second student I interviewed said she gets picked up straight from school. She said, “My parents pick me up in front of the school”. I take the bus to the metro like the first student and think it is pretty easy but sometimes it could be hard to get on the bus quickly. 

Students who take public transportation may have a disadvantage because they can be late, there could be crime on the bus, and you could get wet from Miami rain.
